- Taking sedatives also intensifies your snoring, sedatives relax your central nervous system which includes your throat muscles.
- Eating heavily before bed which can relax your muscles will cause snoring.
- Nasal congestions like stuffy nose, cold, allergies, sinuses reduce airflow which also causes snoring.
