EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
- Candidates should pass the Class 12th / Diploma Course / Engineering Degree (B.E./ B.Tech), ITI from a recognized University.
- Any person who has a B.E (Civil) and/ or B.Tech Civil Degree or Civil Engineering Diploma in any lawfully established university in India can apply.
- Should have passed Post Graduate Diploma in Land and City Survey conducted by Karnataka State Government Vocational Education Department or
- Should have passed ITI, In Survey Trade conducted by the Department of Employment and Training, Government of Karnataka or
- Retirees who have served for at least 10 years in the State Government’s Department of Land Revenue and Land Records or Survey of India or in the government sector or private sector are also eligible for licensure.

- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 65 years
