On Sunday night’s episode of Dancing on Ice, professional Mark Hanretty struggled to save his routine with Adele Roberts.
When the unlucky situation occurred, the two were skating to Grace Vanderwaal’s song “Clearly.” Roberts remained calm, but Hanretty was sliding across the rink.
Adele, who is partnered with professional skater Mark Hanretty, thinks DOI is the ideal movie to watch after Christmas.
“It’s January, you have no money,” she clarified to ITV. Because of the weather, you are reluctant to return to work, school, or college. On Sunday nights, this is the greatest thing ever. It simply lifts your spirits.
But Adele, who initially gained notoriety as a Big Brother contestant, has another extremely personal motivation for participating in DOI 2024, which has to do with her prior health issue.
Adele finished the London Marathon and will be the first-ever Dancing On Ice competitor to compete with a stoma bag since she was informed she was cancer-free. On the show, Adele expressed that she feels unworthy and that it is a “privilege” to be alive. “Now that I know that,” she continued. To think that I might fall on the ice is such a delight and an incredible problem. I now understand that. Therefore, no, don’t have any expectations from me. My prize is simply being on the show. Whatever comes from this point forward is advantageous.
