Educational Qualification
As per the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) official notification candidates should have completed MSc in any branch of Biology from recognized Institutions or Universities.
Age Limits
As per the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) official notification Candidates maximum age should be 35 years.

Duration
Engagement is purely temporary on a contract basis, initially for a period of one year and renewable annually up to a maximum duration of five years, based on the satisfactory performance and requirements of the Institute. Contract tenure will commence from the date of joining.
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will be called for a written test or an Interview or both.
Salary Details
Initially the pay will befixed at Rs. 25,000/- (consolidated).
After 2 years of service, the pay will be fixed at Rs. 28,000/- (consolidated).
After 4 years of service, the pay will be fixed at Rs. 42,000/- (consolidated).
