Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- As per the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) official notification candidates should have completed MSc in any branch of Biology from recognized Institutions or Universities.
Age Limits
- As per the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) official notification Candidates maximum age should be 35 years.

Duration
- Engagement is purely temporary on a contract basis, initially for a period of one year and renewable annually up to a maximum duration of five years, based on the satisfactory performance and requirements of the Institute. Contract tenure will commence from the date of joining.
Selection Process
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for a written test or an Interview or both.
Salary Details
- Initially the pay will befixed at Rs. 25,000/- (consolidated).
- After 2 years of service, the pay will be fixed at Rs. 28,000/- (consolidated).
- After 4 years of service, the pay will be fixed at Rs. 42,000/- (consolidated).
