BANK OF BARODA RECRUITMENT 2022 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

• Mandatory – A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from University / Institution recognized by Govt. of India / UGC/AICTE.
• Desirable – Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in any discipline.

AGE LIMITS

• Minimum : 23 Years, Maximum : 35 years

AGE RELAXATION

• Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe- 5 years
• Other Backward Classes (Non Creamy Layer) -3 years
• Persons with Disability (PWD-VI) Gen/EWS – 10, OBC – 13, SC/ST – 15 years

SELECTION PROCESS

• Selection will be based on short listing and subsequent round of Personal Interview and/or any other selection method.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2 Years of overall work experience out of which One (1) year of experience should be in Collection Profile with Banks / NBFCs / Financial Institutions and related industries in India.

BANK MANAGER SALARY

• Remuneration will be offered based on candidate’s qualifications, experience, overall suitability, last drawn salary of the candidate and market benchmark, and shall not be a limiting factor for suitable candidates.
